I have a issue with Sonar X3 play list that I could use some help with. In previous versions of sonar I was able to minimize my work screen and save it of which I can still do. The issue is that when I create a play list and I hit enter Sonar opens the full work screen  "track view" of my the file. The file does not stay minimized. This raises heck during a gig.  Thanks for your help in advance.

Welcome to the forum!
 Set up the project how you want it to look when it opens in a playlist,  store as a screenset, lock that screen set,  then save the project. Now whenever it opens it will be exactly as you saved it.

I locked every screen set and it still takes the minimized file and opens it up when using the play list?? Any other input you could give me??

I have never tried having projects open minimised -  I save my screensets so that a small project trackview window opens next to the playlist.  If you want the playlist to display full screen, have you tried maximising the playlst and checking the 'always on top' button at the right top of the playlist?

Thank you for your input it is greatly appreciated. I used to use Sonar 5 Producer and it had a check box somewhere in the preferences to keep the screen minimized but for the life of me I can't find anything like that in X3 or even remember what it was called. But your suggestion did work I made a much smaller window for the file and tucked it beside the play list. So I think that will work for a bit. Thank you.
