Hi folks!
Good morning? :)

I'm using sonar platinum and I want to convert two TRACKS into one stereo TRACK, and vice versa.

Clip is NOT the case.

I mean, I would use this function for VSTI like addictive drums2.

I loaded up AD2 with all output(mono), But I want to make two mono room channel or overhead channel into one stereo channel.

I hope this can be done!

Please give a advice!

Thanks!

Best.
SOHN.

In addition to mono outputs AD2 provides stereo outputs for room and overhead. A track template and drum map my be downloaded from http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013364/Setting-up-a-Drum-Map-for-Addictive-Drums-2-in-SONAR

In the case where a synth does not provide a stereo output, one may be created using an Aux track or Bus.

Select track - Overhead: Left (Mono), go to the Audio In menu, select - Addictive Drums > Overhead: Stereo. Then on the track inspector of console, set the Interweak to stereo. Rename Track

Then Delate the next track - Overhead: Right (Mono)

At the base of each fader in Addictive drums own mixer is a down arrow. You can choose to if the tracks routes with/without or thru the AD2 mixer. (I bypass it and select - Separate out (pre-fader), but keep the Master out routed as a stereo pair Sonars Console, so I can listen to the AD2 kits)
