To my mind, this is a bug or an unimplemented future feature, depending on how you look at it.

But products that have been part of the Sonar family (Dim Pro and Rapture) for some time now should be detected if already installed and then managed by the Cakewalk Command Center.
Melodyne, (though 3rd party), shows up in the Cakewalk Command Center. So, to my mind it should also be detected if it is already installed and managed as well.
Hopefully, this will be implemented in a future version of CCC as it's such an obvious gap in the functionality of Cakewalk Command Center.
