Yeah thx for the extension Mixcraft folk....it takes time to visit all the demo downloads and work out what to actually buy...it may be a couple of purchases.
Mixcraft has some decent goods by the look of it but the default visual impression sends me off to look at other demos a bit deeper and makes helps you realise what a beast Sonar had become. Wav editing for example is gnarly to look at however the publish options etc though look featured ok in Mixcraft. The track info to the left looks like it can't be slidden further to the left to reduce the file view which was annoying. Markers view could be closed at least to get a wider defualt view.
Mixcraft also appears to work well with the V-Studio gear too being very easy to setup which is a plus using ASIO etc. Changing surfaces on top of the software you use is never fun so it's good that Mixcraft works so easily like this. Mixbus for example would not function with the V-Studio hardware.
Haven't found Melodyne so guessing it's not in the demo. Anyway..thx for the offer extension Mixcraft folk.
