I just bought this program to supplement my Sound Forge Pro 11, because it has iZotope's Elements 8 included with it. The auto mastering section has a maximizer in it that really brought my test recordings to life. The Element 8 program by itself lists for $129, but is included in the SF Studio 12 for $59.00.

Question? Is it not the same as the elements that was on sale for $29 recently and will likely hit near that again before christmas?

No. the $29 dollar program is SF Audio Studio 10. This is Audio Studio 12.  I checked the iZotope website and there was an Elements program for $199 but no Elements 8 listed. 
 
If you already have the Studio 10 the UPGRADE to 12 is $29.00.

I've had tremendous luck with iZotope's software and pick it up bits and pieces where ever I can.

I didn't see it anywhere....I looked.
 

That's okay because SF Studio 12 has a few other things I like too.....such as VST3 compatibility and some editing features...
