lol, With this darker theme I was going to do a deep blue and a purple version.
I do plan to switch gears a bit and create a whole new style with Aqua blue, but it will be much lighter

+1 on that man...I'm into blue themes and I'll look forward to what you come up with. Well done dude! :-)

An interesting (to me) factoid re a black/orange color scheme...
 
Several decades ago, the owners of the Denny's restaurant chain commissioned a study of color schemes in advance of an interior redecoration plan for their US properties. The two important results required?
 
1) Look really good and inviting on first look/entry to restaurant.
 
2) Become unconsciously unsettling over time to promote "eat and leave" versus "eat and sit around and shoot the breeze".
 
What color combo did their consultants deliver?
 
Yup. Black and Orange.
 
I'd be really interested to hear how this beautiful-to-look-at theme holds up over many hours of continuous use. I wonder if the "unconscious uneasiness" happens when only the video display is black/orange, but the rest of your studio is whatever.
 
However that goes, awesome effort on the theme!

That is interesting to know, I do feel though for the most part this would be more of a seasonal theme and wouldn't stay on all the time either.
