I've been trying to get some issues fix but. NO one has answer my email's so I have to blast you on facebook to get some feedback my software will not let me insert a instrument from the browser and my loop meter is wrong it does not show all zero's but the back track shows 00:00:00:09. How many email support do a person need to get a call back or something this has been going on for over 9 months. The newest version has some new issue that are giving me problem with can't insert instrument from the plus and minus screen any more.

Your second issue although I am not clear on what your experiencing with the loop function, is probably related to you not having snap to grid enabled when setting your loop points, although you can just click on the loop window numbers and enter the values (numbers) by typing them in.
