I've just purchased another mp3 encoder, downloaded and am attempting to install it in my latest Sonar (Unlimited Upgrades).  When I start the install program I'm asked to choose the application to install to.  My product is not listed so I have to choose "other" and am immediately told that the install can't find the Shared Utilities Folder...this is even after I cut and pasted the encoder install program directly into the Shared Utilities on my C drive.
 
So I'd appreciate any help any of you can give me...

Most likely purchased the wrong product. This correct product for Cakewalk DAWS starting with SONAR 4 through current is Cakewalk MP3 Activation not the Cakewalk MP3 Encoder which is for very old Cakewalk products.
