I haven't added any new plugins for a couple months. I added a new one today. I scan for it, found. I open a project I want to use it in. I have Brainworx v2 and v2 mono to the tune of 9 instances on said project. A window says the CLSID can't be found or something to that extent. Project opens - all my plugs painstakingly eq'd for a song I'm all but finished with - gone. How in the world do I get this back where it was? I fear it's not possible - and I fear even more all that work will never sound the same again.

The window gives me the location. I look the in the folder - the plugin is there. Latest version of plugin. I rescan. It sees it in the scan. I open SPLAT and load song - same problem. Vicious cycle of frustration.

So the CLSID it's not finding is for an old plugin, not the one you just installed? If that's the case, try deleting the new plugin and re-scan. Does the old plugin re-appear? (BTW, don't re-save the project with the Brainworx plugins while you're experimenting!)

Hi Dave , thanks for chiming in.  I did all of the above. The Brainworx plugin does not reappear. I haven't re-saved. I looked at all the places I have set to scan. All the plugs (v2 and v2 mono) are there.
