Make a groove clip of your pattern and specify the root. If you add markers in track view you can make the patterns transpose to the new root note in the marker.
Downside is the patterns won't automatically change from major to minor etc, its a straight transposition.
A potentially bigger downside is the formant changes that happen with pitch transposition. Groove clips stretch tempo much better than pitch. The reason I recommended what I did is because the timbre won't change.
