Is there any documentation for the theme editor i.e. telling where to change particular elements? Specifically trying to figure out how to change the background color of the edge where "console x" is written on a tab to close the console view and where the docking options are printed on - basically the top edge of the console view.

When you click on the "Help" button on the "Home" tab of the ribbon, you should get the PDF version of the Theme Editor documentation.
