I believe I used to be able to hold down the "CTRL" key and the end of the clip would go from blue to yellow and you could stretch the time of the clip...Where did this go? THANK YOU! -Shawn

I modified my original post to say "CTRL" instead of "ALT" because I have been told that that is  what I should be able to "stretch" audio clips with (but it's still not working!).

Use Ctrl, not Alt.

Tried that, doesn't work either, SONAR X3 I'm using the multi-select tool and I can't get anything to turn the clip edge yellow and stretch it...AAAARRRRGGGHH! (Thanks Craig!) -S

Using Platinum, and Ctrl works for me. (Turns the edge yellow, anyway. I'm assuming it also allows time stretching.)

Hi. By multi - select tool, do you mean the smart tool? If so I can use Ctrl, while dragging in both X3 and Platinum.
All the best.

Hmmm.....CTRL on SONAR X3E does not turn the edge yellow or enable stretch for me... :( Any ideas? -S

Could the clip be locked in some way? Or a groove clip?
All the best.

MIDI or Audio? X3 did not have MIDI stretch. Platinum does.
