As a follow up to my previous post on decibels/volume, and "tosmurf"s response and tip, I found this short video (link below) from Graham Cochrane (Recording Revolution) on the subject, offering the tip in a succinct, easily understandable manner. His tip is based on the interview tosmurf was referring to.
Probably just gonna buy a VU plugin and see how this helps me. Seems to be just what I'm looking for (fingers crossed).
