Even if the 2nd option implies it might be available for a higher price tomorrow, I wouldn't want to risk it....or pay the premium of waiting.

I've not posted here in a number of years, but I'm a long-time customer (Pro Audio 9 through X3 Producer). I abandoned Windows in June and am running Logic Pro X on a couple of Macs, but I have been getting the "Sonar is coming to Mac" emails and I'm very interested considering the number of years I've been using it already.
 
Has anybody asked whether buying a lifetime update before the deadline will include the Mac platform when it becomes available?
