I purchased lifetime updates and my Cakewalk account shows that I now have lifetime membership. I don't use Command Center and installed SONAR offline. How do I update the license on my PC? Just wait until my license expires in December?

You could wait, or, you can simply go through the process again to get a new response file and then import that at your convenience. 
 
Basically you export the activation request, (the .crq file) bring it to an online computer (or go through the browser) to submit the request to the form on your account page.  The response file (.dat) will download, then you can import the activation response back into SONAR.

What about installing the updates offline as well, how will he be able to install the updates. Are they available as offline updates as well?

Yes - all updates are available for download from your account products page to be installed offline.

The activate offline menu under Help isn't available since my product is already activated. I'll wait, no big deal. I'm offline only because wireless coverage doesn't reach the back of my house where jam room is located.
