i have a up and down arrow on the far left of my PC keyboard and i have in windows through Logitech paired it with the up and down arrows generally situated on the right of standard keyboards.
 
However in SPLAT when i right click the FX bin > audio effect > Mouse scroll doesn't work here ( I WISH IT DID ) so i have to use the up and down arrows . So i am trying to use the up and down arrows on the far right but i cant find the shortcut in SPLAT to connect .
 
I guess with all that mumbo jumbo said my questions are :
 
1) is there a mouse scroll SPLAT keyboard shortcut > so i can connect mouse scroll to my effects drop down page .
2 ) is there a up and down ( keyboard arrows ) splat shortcut > so i can use other sections of my keyboard (as up and down arrows ) to function as the up and down arrows currently function .
