best data recovery program for delayed sonar files and wav

Yep, I dumped (deleted then emptied recycling bin Windows 7)some sonar projects by mistake with most tracks recorded wav files. Lots of programs out there anyone know the best one for audio and sonar files?
P.S. and yes I am stressed as hell.

try the free one I use the pro version with great results. Takes hours to process.

I would put the drive into another computer so the OS does not write over the data blocks.

Recovu, also free, works great for me. Remember to not save anything else till you recover your files.

you can try to use the CWAF tool in cakewalk. if there are still files on your computer that you may have thought were deleted but are still there, you can find them.
