I read the ezine from start to finish, I then might post comments based on it whereupon I often get referred back to the eZine . Good contributions Craig...

It's insulting to see reviews of products riding on a software update as if that's valuable content we've all been waiting for. If the ezine seems too sparse, so be it. Don't pad it with things we can just google if we need to. I'd even understand outright Gison or Cakewalk pandering of products but lookie at this?
meh.

I love them! The reviews are informative!  Sometimes I will be reading a new eZine and re-read an older one while I am there!

No ... don't read any of the reviews. If I want a review of something I Google it. And KVRaudio is my source for "what's new".

I am a reader of the reviews, too!  I just like to see what audio production stuff is around.  I may not purchase much these days, but I regard the reading of such reviews as part of keeping up with the world.  I appreciate the addition to the ezine.

I don't get the "insulting" part. The reviews and other features, like Anatomy of a SONAR Project, Surfboard, Blog Beat, Rapture tips, the Top 10 Chart, etc. are intended to make the eZine more than just the usual "release notes." I try to find products that complement SONAR in some way and might therefore be of interest to SONAR users, but you can just ignore them if you want. Also note that the eZine does not accept advertising and is not "pay to play," so companies cannot influence the content of reviews.

However if people don't read them...less work for me . My only motivation in doing them was to give SONAR users something "extra."

Yea definitely read the reviews. And I agree wholeheartedly about SOS and Keyboard being 2 of the better places to get reviews. TapeOp is also good. And now we have yours! Thanks.
