I've done searches and looked around, but I can't find anything about a Cakewalk gift card. Does Cakewalk offer one, and if so, where do I find it?

No they don't. I suggested to them several years ago to offer one. Would make it easy for my wife to get me a gift that I would use

No wonder I can't find it. I will agree with you that it's something that would really come in handy. And in this day it's almost mandatory for those with an international business and a strong presences online to have a gift certificate for your products.
Maybe they will add one soon.
