In the Track view, the Volume, Pan and other controls in the strips don't respond to mouse wheel scrolling unless they are focused (with the four white corners). The controls in the Console view and the Inspector, in contrast, respond to mouse wheel scrolling even when they are not foucsed. I must say I find this very inconvenient. When I just want to scroll the entire Console view up/down, the Volume fader or the Pan knob moves just because the mouse cursor happens to be on them. Has it always been like this??
