So for any of you that have used Logic Pro, I'm sure you'll agree..

It would be amazing if Cakewalk would implement a retroactive record feature in Sonar. This is by far my favorite feature in Logic and I had used it many times to capture an impromptu riff that came before I was ready to hit record.

Basically if you start playback, the software will always record, behind the scenes, anything that you do until you hit stop. Then if you invoke the command it will add any clips for armed tracks Just like if you had hit record before you started playback.

It's really one of the few features I really miss when using Sonar and I wonder if Cakewalk has ever considered adding this functionality.
