Thanks Bob, time is a great healer hopefully.  As we have always taken re-homes, normally directly from those who no longer want, we feel sure there is another dog out there that needs what The 4077 brings, furry paws crossed.  

Hi Wookiee.  Time won't erase the memories but hopefully, it will take away the bitter taste of loss.  Music can also be a great healer, so keep your music coming on the forum.  This song certainly does contain some emotions.  Nice one!!

Really nice job on this one Wookie. I hope the lost soul feeling goes away soon. Probably partly because you just lost a close friend. The guitar samples in this are crazy good, or did you play guitar on this? I honestly can't tell.

Thanks Tim, I have always been a bit of a lost soul but that is another story. 

No samples that is me bashing/scratching away on my Les Paul for the chords and a Strat for the lead, no samples were used or abused in the recording of this.  Both the guitars were recorded in single takes no comping, no melodyne, no audio-snap etc. 

A great rock instrumental. Sounds good.
Strong sounds and ambiance. Melancholy tune but beautiful.

They say that time heals all wounds. And it does, but the scars remain.
I really caught the emotion in this song. Sad and beautiful.

My cat started crying and meowing when she heard the guitar!  weird.  Sorry about your loss.  Whenever I lose a furry friend I immediately go and try to save another shelter animal.

Cats are strange David, thanks for the listen, we are working on it.  All our dogs have been re-homes but never from a shelter always directly from their previous "Owners" they just sort of turn up or we get a call from a friend.  We are looking at the local centres and the word is out we have a doggy bed or two vacant that needs a a furry friend to keep it warm.
