Well back in the spring I was looking for a video editing app and of course all roads seem to lead to ( Sony) Magix Vegas. I tried the demo and then received an offer for the Platinum version for only $39 Can.
 
I forgot I had even bought it until last week-- my first attempt I just thought I'd grab an old song and see what you can do.  I just used junk of the internet that sort of matched the lyrics. 
 
The song was recorded in my old studio with just me and drummer Mike Northcott jamming a groove out. This was my 8 tack MD8 days. I then added bass line and built from there coming up with the lyrics almost last. One day I was playing with my Mutron Auto Wha and the lead part you hear was the first take. Right at the end of the song it disappears as someone came into the room and interrupted me.
