I have just purchased a Soundcraft 12MTK.

When I run the device installation wizard, a window pops up at the end telling me to disconnect and reconnect the device, which I do.

When I click on finish, the same window pops up, whatever I do.

Any ideas of what I can try?

Still waiting to hear from their support.

On Windows 7, btw.

A few suggestions:
 
- Check for the latest firmware/software from the mixer's website.  Run as Administrator.
 
- Make sure the mixer is not connected to the PC when installing the software.  Reboot, then connect.
 
- Try a different USB port.

I finally spoke to someone at Tech Support, who suggested another cable.

I had already done this, so instead tried a different port, and it worked.
