hello, can not install Theme editor , the path program \ files \ Cakewalk \ sonar platinum is not good ... and impossible to put another

Not sure what you are saying as message seems incomplete but the default install path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\SONAR Theme Editor"

if I put it , I :

"This folder does not appear to be sonar installation folder because it does not contain the sonar application and ressources files, please select corect folder"

The theme editor needs to locate the Sonar installation folder.
 
Unless you installed Sonar to a custom folder, the default paths are as follows:
 
32-bit Sonar / Operation System
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum
 
64-bit Sonar /Operating System
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum

Im having the same problem. Iv tried:

program files/cakewalk/sonar platinum

And

Program files(86)/cakewalk/sonar platinum

And both come up with a message saying "This folder does not appear to be sonar installation folder because it does not contain the sonar application and ressources files, please select corect folder"

I had a look in the program files/cakewalk/sonar platinum. Folder and the install application is there so i dont understand why it wouldnt work...

Any suggestions of a different path or way around this?

Try installing as Administrator. Right click the installer and select Install as Administrator.

It's not the same to be a user with Administrator privileges.

I tried to time administrator, not better

I had the same problem for virtual effects

I had to change the way

but there I do not know where to change the way
