Hello all
I'm trying to re-install Dimension Pro after un-installing it. I uninstalled it because its multisamples were on my C: drive (SSD) and I was hoping to move them during the install to a larger drive so as to free up some space on the boot drive. All the file activity went smoothly, it appears, but the Command Center seems to be stuck in an endless attempt to install.  Has anyone here been down this road before? BTW, during install DPro didn't give me a choice of install location of the audio files, so I guess they're going to my C drive.

You didn't have to uninstall it. .
You could have just moved the sample folder and told Dim Pro where you put it.
And what I do is download my software from Command Center and move it from my Download folder to a DATA drive where it can easily be re used. No need to download software twice.
I think you need to use "run As Administrator" when working with Dim Pro install.

I'd prefer that I hadn't uninstalled it, but that ship has sailed.  What are your thoughts about this endless install process?

Did you clean up the registry after uninstalling? These instructions are outdated WRT the uninstall process but the registry info is still correct.
 
Also make sure to set Verbose Install on the Command Center settings page to see all the prompts from the installer. Although I use defaults and do not recall if the Multisample folder path is an install option.

I did a registry cleanup using CC Cleaner, but now having read that Knowledge Base article it looks like I'd better go in an take a look around.  I'll also check into the Command Center "verbose" option.  Thanks

Be sure to run the install as an administrator. Right click on the executable and choose that option.
