For a few days "bandlab assistant" does not show me the loops library. I tried to uninstall and reinstall "bandlab assistant" and logged out and login. The loops window is empty. How can I solve the problem? Has it happened to any of you?

Same here - been happening the past couple of days.

Same here on the Loop Packs it looks like it is searching and on the All Loops it says no loops found.

Have you reported it.

Could it relate to folder locations in preferences?

Ok, what should I check? 
The problem started to be there gradually. Initially I saw and could download all the loops. After two days I could see and download a few loops. Now the list is completely empty.
On the bandlab site instead I see them all with my profile, when I create a song. In bandlab assistan no more.

This has been reported the Bandlab Support, they have told me they are investigating.

Bandlab assistant now works perfectly. The update 3.2.1 solves the problem. Thanks to the team support.
