The AUD.INI, which sets your audio interface initialisation file is held in your roaming profile. It is dependant on the hardware installed. It is created by CbB or SONAR on starting the program, I suspect that copying it from one machine to another would be full of issues better to let the machine create it for each PC.
Again I suspect that most preferences are unique to each PC environment i.e. Cakewalk Content, Project directory etc and take very little effort to set in preferences.
Your VST directories would need to be added to the Cakewalk Plugin Manager scan paths unless you only install in the default %disk%\Program files\Cakewalk\VST plugins directory.
The only ini file I have successfully transferred from one machine to the next is my Instrument definitions file which even then needs to be tweaked because the MIDI interface and Audio interfaces have been different.
