Did you fix "Delete Hole" functionality (like ripple edit)?

Check my post in this thread for images:

Thank you in advance.

Hey Walter,

We haven't forgotten about Delete Hole. We have Ripple Editing features planned for the near future. You can check out the "In the Oven" section of our rolling updates page to can see features that are coming in the future.

Thanks for the answer Lance. No less frustrating to me as I'm forced to use the Kingston version as that was the last version this feature worked correctly in. I hope ripple delete works as simply as delete hole does in the Kingston version.

In the meantime, could you all please just fix delete hole so it will include all tracks selected, whether there is audio/midi data in them or not?

Anyway, thanks for letting me vent. Arrgh.

This release 22.7.0.4 has REMOVED  (intended or not) the Advanced install option to set basic Program install path (not talking about plug-ins path that is still changeable/selectable)

I do not use CCC (all installs are manual),  so this is not a "setting paths" in CCC correctly issue and I always run everything as Admin (and OMG with with UAC off)

This is VERY EASY to verify so thanks ahead of time for verifying and reporting to m, and all members here, that I'm smoking dope (aka wrong) or right

Why do you force Installation of the application on c:\program files\cakewalk (at last for german users) now ?
I had it on d:\musik until now and now it forces c:\program files

I made another thread, but I guess it is better here as direct bug-Feedback (or is it a new feature ;-) )

Great App!

@bluesplayer - good to see another Person that does not like this new Feature :-)

Hello! Good Job!
Please, add the function - to add bus for the folder, and that would be all the tracks in it automatically join on this bus

All we need now are a few simple changes in the Playlist for us live users.
The rest is awesome.
Peace

By default the app installs there but it is possible to install elsewhere. If you are using Command Center you'll want to turn On the "Verbose" switch in the settings page. This will allow you to configure the install location.

Are you installing this as an update or a fresh install? When running an update to the app the install location cannot be changed. This field is only available on a clean install of the app. If you would like to change your install location you will need to uninstall the app from the current location and then install again to a different location.

Sorry, that does not work. The verbose switch is set (was already) but with this Version it is not possible to change the Installation path for the app. I had it already at D:\Musik\... the versions before. Tried with/without CCC as well as short/advanced Installation. This function is broken with this Version. And there are several People with exact this issue. I am sure we are not to stupid to make a simple Installation correct.

Trouble ticket has been made.

Thread with this bug exists

Thank you.
