Hi guys, I seem to recall there was a buffer tweak to solve this? I get Melodyned clips skipping and stuttering when bouncing a mixdwon. I end up having to bounce the clips first to avoid that. Anyone else experience this?

After using Melodyne on a clip, you should bounce it to itself before further processing.  Just be sure to use a cloned track in case you want to change something later.

Yea, that's what I have been doing but that seems a little buggy IMO.

It is recommended practice to always bounce region effects to clips after you are done with the effect.

After some  issues (projects refused to open or got hung) I never leave an active instance of Melodyne in the project when I finish a session and close my PC.

I've had no problems with Melodyne since updating to their last update, but have been reading now for many months, people who do. Definitely seems to be system dependant, but I agree, there is a problem. I can't get over the fact that it DID give me so many problems before, and still do the same as others here, and bounce each and every region effect once I've finished working on it. I never work on the recorded material, always saving as a new version after tracking is completed. I never export/bounce down a mix that has any open Melodyne regions. I just get no issues with these methods, so accept it as part of my workflow, and suggest you do the same. Melodyne is pretty darn good , so it's worth the workarounds. It doesn't look like Celemony are going to do any further updates in a hurry....
