You will either have to change the midi note numbers in SD to match the TD25, or visa versa.  Or both.  I just got finished making a map between my TD8 and Cubasis on the iPad, and I had to make changes on both.  I will look into SD tomorrow and see where the midi note number settings are...I did not know SD was deep enough to make adjustments of that sort.
