Hello,
I have used Melodyne many times before, but for some reason, now when i drag blobs around from note to note... the pitch doesn't change rendering the plugin useless.  I am not sure what is going on here.
 
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would much appreciate it.

Hi Adam . . . I've never heard of this one, can you offer more information ?
Which version of Melodyne are you using ? Is it a vocal track, or a polyphonic instrument ?
What kind of track are you working on ?
So, when you drag the blobs, do they actually re-position themselves, but not respond to any edits at all ?

Well Sonar just crashed.. and now it is working again. I guess something got screwed up there.

Hey Adam. I had a couple of quirks like that with Melodyne when I had inadvertently activated the bypass all fx button in the transport panel. Also try toggling the input echo button for the track you are working on.
 
May or may not help you, but worth a try. Worked for me.
