Hi guys. I've seen some R S-C users posts on this forum so I figured it will be a good place to ask.
 
I have a Roland Studio-Capture and I'm very satisfied with it. I want to get another unit to use them both. I know it has a factory feature for it but it limits recording and output capabilities.
 
Now, I'm not even a OSX user - I'm just wandering about it and I don't have any environment to test my ideas.
Here's the question:
Knowing that OSX can support multiple audio interfaces, is there a way to connect 2 Studio-Captures at once as stand-alone units and use them in full potential (all inputs, all outputs and 96kHz sampling)?
 
And another question, which is less relevant, but judging by some enthusisastic comments about this unit, I want to ask:
Does anyone have used Studio-Capture with as a DA converter point of view? Like with a mixer or hardware in front of the S-C preamps in signal chain? Are there some cons of processing the signal this way?

You can run a pair of Roland interfaces on PC.
They 2nd unit simply shows up as more I/O under the same driver.
IOW, The pair of interfaces are treated like a single/larger audio interface.
