I just saw Paint.netDownload Paint.net first if you haven't, set it up, and browse to it (if I remember the executable and description screen). Paint (the Windows accessory) I don't believe will work as it does not deal with .PNG's, if memory serves. But really, most graphics programs will work. If you have Photo Shop, that'd be great. HelRazorThank you so much Outland144k, I was actually looking to try to make something with neon green on the tungsten background and this is awesome. How long did it take you to make all the edits to the green components? I'm not sure if you're willing or have the time to take requests, but all the same components in bright red I think could look striking.
