    Hopefully someone here can guide me.  I have several items in "My Products" and I'm wondering if I can salvage any of them to use with other DAWs.  I had purchased a Platinum subscription (for a year) on 4/1/15, and renewed it earlier this year (like in January I believe).  However other things have prevented me from completing my new DAW system and installing anything until a couple months ago.  I've been assuming once I got it all set up I'd go ahead and buy the lifetime updates, but now Support does not seem to be able to figure out how to install all the interim updates on to my system (I have the original Platinum version from 4/1/15 in "My Products", but none of the subsequent updates), or perhaps they are so far behind in servicing support tickets that they haven't got to it yet (it was submitted about 3 months ago - when the first inkling of lifetime updates was mentioned - but aside from sending me an apology and a coupon code for the Cakewalk store for not having addressed my ticket yet - this over a month ago now, they have had no response for me to help me figure this out).
 
    So, since Cakewalk seems no longer interested in me as a customer (never mind that I've been using their products since before there was even an audio feature - just a MIDI sequencer), I guess I need to figure out if there is anything I can salvage from "My Products" and use as I move on to some product that I can get installed.  So, I guess in particular I see a few items...

    I assume the AAS and XLN stuff are "third party", and thus might be viable working with another DAW?  I seem to have 3 instances of Dimension Pro 1.5 (separated by several months each).  Don't know why I kept buying that, but anyway, I'm wondering if that might be compatible with a different DAW, of if it requires Sonar to function.  The Mellotron and Vintage Keyboards are obviously "Cakewalk Sound Center" packs, but I wondered if they might be some sort of samples (I assume that is what is in there) that could be imported into another sample player program or something?  Similarly, would the Rock Legends kit work with anything besides Session Drummer (or is Session Drummer a non-Cakewalk item that I could install and use with another DAW package)?  I think that the Melodyne stuff is a "third party" item (I see it in other DAWs too), so maybe that could be used outside of Sonar?  I'm assuming the Rapture stuff may be proprietary to Cakewalk, but maybe it might work within another DAW?  The Guitar Rig stuff is pretty old (2011) and probably not something I'd use a lot (I have a real guitar rig :-) ), but I thought I'd ask.
 
    So, if anyone has any insights about this, I'd appreciate any guidance or suggestions.

When you renewed it this year, you should have received an email confirmation/receipt.  With that, at least you know the purchase went through, regardless of CW's tech support issues. 
 
I'd start there. Do you have the email confirmation?  Since the renewal is not showing up in your account, you'll have to eventually take it up with CW support, and of course, it'll help if you actually know whether or not the renewal went through...

    If I go to "My Store Activity" I can see the original purchase (4/1/15) and the update (1/22/16).  They are both listed as "Paid Order".  I don't think that is the issue (though I guess it could be).  I'm not sure why, but none of the monthly updates are showing up in "My Products".  I just have the original Sonar Platinum with a date of 4/1/15.  I don't know if this complicates life for them, but I built my DAW to never go online (no network connection, no anti-vrius/anti-malware, firewall shutdown... - both to prevent interference from such programs while recording/mixing, as well as to be distanced from online virus/spam/spyware types of intrusions).  I was under the impression that such a setup might be fairly common (or at least not uncommon).  So I need to be able to copy things to a flash stick and then bring that to the DAW box and install.  If I don't have the monthly updates in "My Products" to download, I don't know where to get the new features.  Perhaps they didn't allow for offline DAWs in their subscription scheme, and that could be why they don't have an answer for me.
 
    Hence, I've gotten to a point where I need to do something, and the StudioOne DAW software that came with my new PreSonus StudioLive 24.4.2 digital mixing board, which I'm using as my new audio interface, seems like I can get used to it (it is on my MAC at the moment, but it is available for Windows).  So I'm hoping some of the plugins and such that I've invested in might be useful there (I assume at least the Lounge Lizard EP-4 and the Mellotron samples might be portable, perhaps most of the rest is dependent on Sonar Platinum being installed).

Everything you've got on your list should show up in a new DAW (including Session Drummer; no need to worry about importing your Rock Legends kit) as they are VSTs. I own everything on your list (except the Mellotron), have it installed on my computer, and it shows up fine in Live 8 (64 bit). I note also that I don't see Guitar Rig 4 LE in Live, but I may have removed that as I own the full version and Guitar Rig 5. 
 
I confess to being a bit confused by your message; are you saying that Command Center did not figure out what updates you needed when you got Sonar Platinum running? Did you manually set-up Control Center to check for you  (assuming it "missed" the need to do so on its own)? Is SPlat not working on your system at all?
 
I say this because, like you, I've been with Cakewalk since Cakewalk for DOS (3 I think), but unlike you, haven't seen anything that was inevitable unworkable with SPlat. Rather, it seem to be the most solid iteration of the beastie yet. And basically, most, if not all, questions I've had were answered here on the forum by someone with more knowledge than I had in a given area. Have you explored that option?

Is the latest update available?  2016.07.0.41 They are accumulative so you would only need the last release. 

I'll admit... this may not be the problem (distracted... only skimmed the thread) but in your store account you actually have to click through a couple things to expose the monthly update downloads. Initially  you could only download the latest release (it would replace the previous version) but after me and some others raising a stink the Bakers changed the Store page to allow you to expand the subscription history so you could download any monthly reales you wanted. Okay... maybe it wasn't due to us and the Bakers already planned to implement that but it's a huge improvement for those who could not install right away but still wanted access to older versions (to avoid bugs or whatever).
 
Sooooooo.... now in your Store account when you select your Platinum purchase (or any other version) it will show the latest download you have access to on your most recent subscription. If you have purchased a full year at some point then on the RIGHT* where it shows the currently select product you should see a link that says "Show Older Versions" (or something like that). When you click on that link it will expose all the previous versions available for you to download.
 
The same goes for any other products listed in your account (so if you select one of the plugin suites or a synth or something you can click that "Older Version/Downloads" thingie and have access to the various "point" versions that were released during your subscription).
 
If you are not seeing those then you have a store issue that does indeed need Cakewalk or Cleverbridge intervention. Perhaps, because you didn't download anything between your initial purchase and when they made the store change, your account hasn't updated to the "new" way so it's not showing the monthly release downloads (essentially the store site choked on itself which is very possible).
 
So check that out and if it doesn't solve the issue send a private message here on the forum to a Baker and they'll sort ya out. Sadly at this point that seems the best way to get their attention.
 
As far as the ACTUAL question you are asking... the list of plugs included with Sonar that will work in other DAWs is looooong. You'd be better off asking what WON'T work in specific DAWs. Most of my Sonar acquired synth/FX library works in Reaper (I don't use Reaper like that though... just as a backup DAW for things messing me up in Sonar).
 
That said... you should not give up on your Sonar purchase. This sounds like an easily resolved issue and is certainly NOT the norm.

Wow, thanks to all who have replied!  I will try to answer some of the questions...

    Perhaps this will help with your confusion... I haven't installed Sonar Platinum on my new DAW machine (yet).  This is what I'd been trying to accomplish, but have gotten no answer from support.  I'd been building a new DAW system just for Sonar, but got sidetracked by life, and finally got around to finishing it up about 3 months ago.  So although I'd purchased/paid for a Sonar Platinum subscription in April of 2015, it was only as of about 3 months ago that I actually had a system ready to install it on.
 
    So... I purchased Sonar Platinum (1yr subscription) 4/1/15, (and renewed it (another year) 1/22/16), but haven't installed it yet.  So the version on the My Products page just says "Sonar Platinum  4/1/2015".  So I've got that, plus all the monthly updates to install.  My DAW computer isn't configured to go online.  So there is no way for Command Center to reach my computer.  I'm going to have to use a flash drive to download all the content and then do the install on my DAW from the flash drive (and do the offline activation steps).
 
    You mention that all the items on my list should show up on other DAWs as well.  But maybe you missed part of my dilemma (now explained above)... actually what I was trying to know was if I couldn't get Sonar loaded on the system, which of those items from "My Products" would be functional and accessible with another DAW.  It actually looks like DimensionPro 1.5 may be a "standalone" product that I could install and use even without Sonar.  I'm not sure yet, but I was hoping the Lounge Lizard EP-4 would be independent of Sonar, and maybe Addictive Drums (it looks like an independent product).  But... since the Mellotron and the Vintage Keyboards from DSF seem to mention Cakewalk Sound Center, I assume it is less likely that they would work if Cakewalk wasn't installed.  Maybe there is a "wrapper" of some sort that I could get that would enable me to use those on a system without Sonar.  Or maybe they are waveforms in a format that other sample players understand.  Like the DimensionPro, it also looks like the Rapture 1.22 might also work standalone.
 
    Before Platinum I always had bought a box/DVD version, so I could just load it on my older DAW even though there was no internet connection, so this download aspect, transfering to a flash drive and installing is a bit more cumbersome than that, especially now that so many monthly updates have been released.

    Thanks for the tip, I'd never even clicked on the items in the My Products list to realize there was another level below that, I thought I'd just end up downloading when I clicked the links.  When I did that (clicked into the Sonar Platinum link) I discovered all sorts of stuff, but primarily the basic Sonar Platinum download link.  Then, on your advice, I clicked the "SHOW OTHER DOWNLOADS" link and found all the monthly updates.  So I should be good to get all of those downloaded and installed, I hope.  It just seems a little overwhelming at this point (like 18 or so other downloads).  Plus there seems to be a list of a lot of stuff down the left side as well (Connected Products).  Particularly several FX Suites, and instrument collections.  I assume I'll need to download and install each of those as well, or is that just a list of what is actually in the Sonar Platinum packages that I'll already be downloading?
 
    Well, thanks guys!!!  At least I've got some avenues to pursue.  Looks like a significant task ahead.
 
    Clicking around a it I've seen the Cakewalk Sound Center download link.  There it is described to be a "simple and intuitive playback synth", but then at the bottom of the description it says "Requires Sonar", so presumably it wouldn't work with another DAW, and hence the Mellotron and Vintage Keyboard samples would presumably be Sonar only sounds.  Presumably now I'll be able to figure out and get Sonar loaded, so that won't end up being an issue.

I too am a little confused, but if you can install Command Center on a computer that DOES go online, then you can download the executable update file, put it on a USB stick, load it on your computer that doesn't go online, and update the program.
 
I do this all the time even thought my music computer is always online, because my home DSL is so slow. I'll download big files at Gibson, put them on a USB stick or hard drive, then run them when I get home.

Cool. Yeah you should be good to go then.
 
BUT note that you don't need to download/install every entry in the "Older downloads" section. They are cumulative so downloaing/installing the most recent ones will get you everything from previous versions. The older entries are in case the latest version has an issue and you want to try an older versions. In which case download the older version and supposedly it will just replace the newer version BUT I would try to avoid that if at all possible (could cause unforessen weirdness and I've never done it myself).
 
Usually the "Rollback" procedure is for when you already have a previous version installed and don't like the new one so you rollback... and it's usually done through the Cakewalk Command installer thingie. I don't use that though and strictly use the offline method from the direct downloads in my account.

Keep in mind all updates are cumulative. There is no need to download all SONAR updates which have not been applied. Download and apply the most recent updates to get current.
