Hi Guyz  i'm tired of this bug , i sent a support stuff to Plugin Alliance like a year or so , nothing ...just installed soundtoys 5 same

it's not doing it with other daws (live, S1 , Mixbuss)

Can the bakers check what might be wrong with sonar ? (i excluded them from x ray same thing)

Am i the only guy on earth with this issue ...

I just tried it with MicroShift here, and it does not do that (works as it should).  Note that I'm on X3e (not Plat).  In case you haven't checked yet, do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

I just tried it myself with PlugIn Alliance plugs (I don't own any Elysia plugs) and all the SoundToys plugs, including the rack.
Not having the problem that your video shows.

update your graphics card drivers and windows update.
make sure your open GL is installed properly as that is what these plug ins use.
that's why its not a problem with the other plug ins.

I have two system , one with dedicated and one only intel ...both are using intel by default until the need of power (for the one with gpu) system updated , don t know if intel graphic has to be updated or not ....are you guyz on win 8.1?

Guyz its working great with other daws .... So sonar is definitly the culprit i m afraid here ....

Any word from the bakers ?

I'm running Soundtoys with Platinum and no issues here. Like Chuck said it's probably video card drivers.

Yes, Intel graphic drivers are no different, they need to be updated.

You can either do it manually or download and install the Intel driver update utility which will do it for you.

Sonar is a lot more graphic intensive than almost any other DAW out there. its very busy.
There are a few plug ins that are also pretty detailed in graphics as well.

I'd be surprised if SONAR turned out to be the culprit, since it's not in charge of plugin graphics. These symptoms are usually specific to a particular graphics card (although the fix may have to happen in the plugin rather than the video driver). If you have graphics acceleration turned on, you might try disabling it. If the plugin supports GPU acceleration, try turning that off.

Now, if you don't see the problem in other DAWs on the same machine, then SONAR's culpability would be an inescapable conclusion. But if you're comparing against Logic, or any other DAW that's installed on different hardware, then it's not an apples-to-apples comparison.
