A better recitation of the error message along with a little info about your OS may help. Is this a new install? If not did you try to uninstall the previous version? Is an antivirus program running?

Sorry all ...I am only able to get into my studio periodically and I was trying to remember what message I  got...(I wrote it down but lost it) when I get back there I will see what is happening? it may be me !...I have never had this issue ...that said ..thanks Sonar folks for the responses ....I appreciate you !  Jon
