They are offering me a nice gift coupon to be used for anything they carry, to compensate for the purchase price difference.  Although a "gift card"....they didn't have to do anything and I feel it's a nice gesture on their part.  Rick Naqvi also offered to help if needed.

Rick and Presonus support guys are very cool in my experience! Doesn’t surprise me about your post.

I purchased mine same deal from sweetwater and they will make an adjustment with the new price, although i have to surrender the current license key , refund the original purchase and sell me the new key at the new price.
Also said I have to remove and re-install, but I am going to see if there is some way to de-register the original license and re-authorize with a new one.

I'd feel like an ass asking Uncle E about that because I just asked him if he could add the NOS Audio Roomer since I forgot to add it originally. :P
