Hello all your assistance is needed.
 
I updated the latest sonar platinum including the engineering suite as advised, but for the life of me I am not seeing the LP EQ/MB update version 1.0.2 plugins under my vst3 folder plugin manager. when I try to add a audio effects they are not showing up only the older vst2 versions.
Please Help.

Try a reset and re-scan in the PIM.

Wookiee thanks for quick response but what is the PIM? I tried re-scan the sonar platinum program folder and it doubled the plugins count. I'm really at a lost.

Sorry Glenville PIM Plugin Manager under the utilities menu. 

I tried the reset and rescan as suggested and still no luck. only four plugins are showing up under the vst 3 folder.
I downloaded the update of the  Engineering Suite as requested and they are not showing up under the vst3 folder after following the instructions provided.

Do you do a default install? i.e. let the installers install where they first suggest.

Check in this directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 and see if you can see


LPEQ_64.vst3 and LPMB_64.vst

i had to rescan... checked also failed plugins.  It found it in the list so I had to add it to my saved list. I had to restart SPLAT then to get my list to refresh.
