How do you guys feel about Sonar's Audio Quantize?
 
I haven't used Sonar in awhile...it's not on my current machine, but I'm considering the updates for life deal to return to it.
 
Reaper can do it pretty well, although it requires some fiddling. Studio One has a pretty easy and effective implementation imho.
