Have you tried the Offline Activation steps here? https://www.cakewalk.com/...unt/Offline-Activation

Yes I did, redirect me to the "The internet is broken, or at least our little corner of it" page

So trying to understand what you did. You had SONAR already installed and working and then you installed a different version of Windows after that? You will probably need to clean uninstall and reinstall SONAR if so.

The link I provided you doesn't say "The Internet Is Broken" though. Have you tried my suggestion or are you reacting to the link you clicked from SONAR? I'll try tracing the error but the link I provided above is a working page.

Yes you're right the link work on it's own but when I load an activation request and click submit I'm redirected to the broken internet page

One thing worth mentionning, during the first installation of Sonar and evrything else, once it was completed, when I right clicked each items in the command center and selected "delete files", everything worked except Rapture, which froze command center. I tried a couple of time and then read on the forum that I could manually delete the downloaded files.

I went to program data-> command center and deleted all it's content manually.

I noticed the activation problem after that (first time I opened Sonar) and reinstalled it, reinstalled command center, and now only Sonar have green dot next to it in command center even if I left everything else untouched.

Well probably that "detail" was very important, how can I undo all this? Look like the current command center (the reinstalled one) cannot find the liscense and all the products I installed with the first command center installation

Thanks for all your help so far! Really appreciated!

I was having trouble submitting an authorization request using my phone. So I tried disabling JavaScript. The file showed up after I did that, but when I pressed "submit", it took me to the "The internet is broken..." page. So could it be a JavaScript issue on your computer? (btw I never was able to submit using my phone)

To clear everything, yesterday I installed:

Windows 7 x64 on a blank ssd
Installed drivers and updated windows
Installed command center and all my connect product
Right-clicked each items to remove downloaded files until Rapture broke the Command center while trying to clean it
Manually deleted everything in the download folder
Launched Sonar for the first time and saw it was in demo mode.
Launched Sonar from the command center
Uninstalled and reinstalled command center
Uninstalled and reinstalled Sonar only
Logged out and logged back in command center, only Sonar have a green dot
Tried offline activation (Internet broken)
Tried clicking the popup "Sonar run in demo mode, click here" redirected to the space 404 page telling me I'm lost
Tried CTRL+S, clicked on the popup "Sonar can't save in demo mode" redirected to my account for offline registration, which I already tried a couple of times

Pretty much it, the first time I launched Sonar it was in demo mode and still is
