Well
I gave it a look and the good news is that it bridges 32 bit plug-ins and you can use Dx plug-ins as well.
It appears to be very stable and it is possible to use Dx plugs and 32 bits and regular ones without conflict.
It seems a bit complicated to configure but quite efficient ,I did not look sharp in the midi side but it works pretty well if your use vsti like instruments .

Well,
Sorry to come back ,but it seems that Reaper is a truely efficient tool,
Still evaluating ,but until now ,I could not put it on the knees..
Inserting Z3 in oversampling mode plus Diva on the max mode also and 32 bits plug in and sfz( which normally causes issues) and Aether in its most demanding behavior with a buffer of 256 ( though it seems I could bring it much lower) and well , it seems it tells me: So what?
Got to carry on because the graphic is ,if not ugly,at least not appealing for me ,but the software looks really, really solid.

Edit.
Went down to 32 samples with all plugs activated and got some glitches but 64 could run and 128 is a breeze.

Here's a great resource for getting started with Reaper. Easy to follow videos:
https://www.reaper.fm/videos.php

And here's a Sonar to Reaper Quick Start Guide. It lists how you'd do certain things in Sonar, then shows you how to do them in Reaper. Makes it very, very easy to learn Reaper:

I’ve switched to Reaper. It’s taking some getting used to, but its very CPU effecient and it does everything I need it to do. It doesn’t do it in style mind you, but I’m not that concerned with the best looking DAW.
