Scheps Omni v10 (64-bit) working OK here as VST2 and VST3 in Sonar Platinum (64-bit) and Cakewalk by BandLab (64-bit).

Thanks for all your help- I am going to have to get back to the problem after the weekend when I return from a small trip. Hopefully I will be able to submit a "solved" post!

I dont see x86 common vst3 in the paths displayed and that is where the waveshell is. Are you using 64 bit because 64 paths are NOT under x86
