I am trying to redeem my new copy of Sonar Artist that I purchased today and it says that code has already been redeemed.  Did I get ripped off?  I have a receipt from Sam Ash and the brand new software.  Has anyone had this problem?

did you get this in conjunction with a piece of gear ?
its possible someone bought the gear, used the redeem code, then returned  the item.
leaving you with an interface but no software code.
its also possible you are not putting the code in the correct place.

No it was literally just a box with a download card in it. I have used Sonar in the past and have been out of music for awhile. Wanted to jump back in. The box was sealed with a "cannot be returned if broken" tamper label.

Looks like SONAR Artist appears in your account as of July 17. You should be all set. Download Command Center here and you'll be able to download and install from there.
