Sir William
Hi all

Just for the hell of it, I missed my monthly payment this month as I am opting for the lifetime upgrades at the end of this month.

I am a full Platinum owner / member, ie I paid my full 12 months and own Platinum, and kept up subscriptions afterwards.

My copy now is in demo mode and won't allow me to save.

Do I need to roll back? Should Sonar just disable the new additions?

Hypothetical questions I know - I am just curious.

You missed your payment on purpose?  Have you thought of the obvious?  Why don't you try rolling back and see if it reverts to a working model and if you still get the lifetime upgrade offer?

Occasionally Sonar pops into demo mode for a few users as of late, I believe it is a known issue on the bench to be resolved.  Try rebooting the program.  Mine occasionally does this on a fresh reboot of my windows 7 system

Well, you should certainly be able to roll back to your "purchased" version.  Anything after that you gave up by stopping payment. (This is assuming they actually repo'd Sonar from you, and the demo isn't a result of some glitch).

That issue was resolved as of the latest May update.

If you complete 12 months you own SONAR up to the last month you paid. So if you don't make a new payment and want to continue to use SONAR, you will need to roll back to the last month you paid for.
This only applies to users who are on the monthly payment plan. If you purchased an annual membership it is always fully owned for that annual period. For a lifetime user it is owned forever and includes future updates.

Hope this makes sense.

well I own Sonar and I rolled back and everything it still in demo mode and sonars customer service might as well be a south Korean company because I have not gotten an email response for weeks!
