Piano Roll misalignment

Is there a setting I may have accidentally changed to cause this? In piano roll edit mode, the keyboard on the left is no longer lined up with the relevant lines to the right. Keyboard seems to be a whole step higher on the screen.

This occurs intermittently on some installations. I have not seen it myself, though I spend a fair amount of time in the PRV. Changing the vertical zoom level slightly will force a redraw and correct it.
