in track view, I don't know if I'm bumping a hot key or what. All the tracks are like stuck together so if I grab lets say the bottom track and move it up and down all the track are like stuck together so that I can't make one larger or smaller.
How do you get that to stop? issues

Disable auto-zoom. Look in the menus above your tracks, its in there. Don't have it in front of me atm, so can't guide further.

This used to drive me nuts too. Worst interface feature ever. Just get rid of it :D

I thought it would be pretty cool. You can have all the strips minimized and open just the current strip.
But alas. I don't use it and it causes a short in my brain from using SONAR for so many years without it when it's on.
