Hi,
I am trying to export wet tracks of a project to send to client. Although all boxed for effects, bus effects etc are ticked, the result tracks are dry.
What am I doing wrong?
Please advise asap

Just found this old post. So IT CANNOT BE DONE.

"But exporting tracks with FX included in the option picker will export each track with those FX. "

"No, that's not right. If the track has a send to an FX bus, the sound on that bus will not be included in the export if source is Tracks. Bus FX can only be included when exporting Entire Mix (or Master bus)."

Can you freeze the track and then export it? Would that work?

click the freeze button on the track, when the track is frozen, drag /drop it to a windows explorer file.
however there are limitations and im not sure if that will work for you needing the FX
your trying to send individual tracks out, is this correct ?

unless im misunderstanding, you best option is to set up an AUX track.
record it, once it is complete either A- export the aux tracks or B- drag and drop to Windows Explorer.

B is easier.

An easier way would be to solo the track and busses that are needed until you hear what you want, then export "What You Hear".

It's true there's no easy way to export all tracks individually in one go with bus FX included... and I doubt there ever will be because it's an unusual need. Usually you're exporting stems/submixes by exporting their buses or exporting tracks with only their track FX.

Summing a bunch of tracks with all downstream FX included individually is not the same as summing the tracks through their respective buses and then summing their buses through the Master. Any FX on buses that respond dynamically to input level and/or frequency content will behave differently with only one track at a time being processed, and their's no way to separate that out.

This is exactly what I was thinking as well.

I mean it is possible he is trying to use it as an effect. but on multiple tracks, I find it highly unlikely.
I use an AUX track (as I mentioned previously)
but only then.. its few and far between. a rare instance was a parallel compression bus mix I wanted to export with the mix in case the producer I was sending it to wanted an idea of what I was going for.

IMO, trying to export in the way the OP is asking is a mix and match nightmare.
However it is none of my business. so no disrespect to the OP.
He might be trying to experiment. but I agree with this quote above.
