This is such a nonsense with iLok and Gobbler to protect a software. One should not buy !!
I have installed the Slate "Everything Bundle" (VST3 64-Bit in the "...common files\vst3).
This folder is in the search-options.
I have already an iLok since 2 years.
The Gobbler Software Client is running and I'm logged in.
But nothing happens when I start SONAR and search for the new pluggins.
The plugins are not seen from SONAR and Gobbler will nothing activate.
Can anyone help me?

Have you done a vst scan. I have the everything bundle and it works with no issues. If you have gobbler running, have your ilok plugged in and do a vst scan (make sure your scanning the correct folder) Then when sonar comes across the slate stuff you will get the authorization screen and it runs automatically.

Waves has a new system now.  When you say "iLok", I assume you are using the old key, or some other USB stick.  They have done away with that, and USB dongles altogether, for a new "Control Panel" software program not unlike Cakewalk's Command Center...But more like Arturia's eLicencer.  Go to the Waves website and download the new licensing app called Waves Central:

Oh...and it is SOOOOOO much better now.
 
I just realized this isn't a Waves product.  My bad. 

I have done a lot of vst-scans. And they are installed in the right path, where the vst-scanner searches.
Other plugins like iZotope or Celemony are in the same path and work perfect.
Nothing is excluded in the plugin manager.
The iLok is pluged in, I can see my whole licences.
And the gobbler-client is running and I'm logged in.
I'm installing vst-plugins since over 10 years without any problems. And I'm working with SONAR since 1995.
But the SLATE plugins make me crazy.
 

But did you do a vst reset, followed by a vst rescan?

I thank you a lot, that was the problem.
After a vst RESET all missing plugins from SLATE where found.
