A few months ago, I started paying monthly for Sonar Platinum.  I was told that this was a YEARLY thing.  So, I get an email today that, "my rolling updates are coming to an end in 15 days and to click the link below to renew."  So, I click it and the ONLY option is to pay $99 for lifetime updates.  No option for the monthly thing I have been doing. 
 
What's up with that?

There is no change in the monthly payment plan and the option is still available at the Cakewalk store.
